Course Description

This intensive programme is designed to effectively prepare aspiring professionals to sit and pass the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Project Management Professional® Exam. This course will completely satisfy the PMP® Exam requirements as well as the real world project management needs. It covers all knowledge areas of PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and provides practical exercises that exactly replicate the style and methods used during actual tests. When you earn the PMP® Credentials, you show your peers, supervisors and clients your commitment to your profession, and your ability to perform the functions of a project management practitioner.

Pre-requisite

For Bachelor’s Degree holder:
Minimum 3 years of non-overlapping professional project management experience (during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing project tasks)

For High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree holder:
Minimum 5 years of non-overlapping professional project management experience (during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing project tasks)


Award

At the end of the course the participant will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance jointly – awarded by Informatics and PMI.

About Enhanced CITREP

  • CITREP is a training incentive programme to equip Singapore infocomm professionals with critical and emerging skills, thus enabling them to enhance their employability and to improve their organisations’ competitive advantage.
  • The Enhanced CITREP supports up to 80% of the course and/or exam fees, capped at $3,000 (course + exam) / $500 (exam only) per trainee, whichever is lower.
  • Absentee Payroll: The Sponsoring Organisations are eligible for Absentee Payroll support at $50 per trainee per day, when they sponsor their staff for full-time training. Full-time training refers to courses conducted on weekdays, ie. Mondays to Fridays, between 8:30am and 6pm, with a minimum duration of 6 training hours.
